I offer welcoming, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore your troubles and joys. There may be a specific issue or challenge you want to address, or you may be interested in personal growth and exploring yourself more deeply – everything is welcome.

What to expect
I work holistically and collaboratively, interested in you as a whole person and paying attention to your mind, body, spirit, and lived experience. I’ll support you to uncover what holds you back, and access inner resources and creativity to deal with challenges and live more fully. I use a range of methods reflecting different ways we experience. These can include talking, working with dreams, body experiences and creative activities like drawing, movement and role-playing. My approach is grounded in Processwork.
I’ve worked with people on a variety of issues including trauma / PTSD, anxiety, depression, physical symptoms and illness, addictions, grief and bereavement, relationship issues, life choices and direction, internalised oppression, sexual and domestic abuse, faith and spirituality, parenting and parent-caring, self-esteem, inner and outer conflicts and altered states.
I work in person (Bearwood, Birmingham) and online with adult individuals and couples. In person sessions can be outdoors in a local woodland / park or inside, meeting in the therapy room at Bearwood Community Hub. Sessions usually last 50 minutes for individuals. I offer long and short term therapy depending on a person’s needs. Couples sessions can be with any two people whether they are friends, family members, sexual or life partners, colleagues or neighbours.
Session costs:
- Individuals: £60
- Couples: £70
- In person: An additional £10 meeting indoors
Please get in touch to find out more or book a free, 20 minute phone consultation. This is a chance to discuss what you’re looking for in therapy and for you to get a sense of me and how I work.
