I offer a welcoming, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever’s happening in your life. My approach is grounded in Processwork. I work holistically, interested in you as a whole person and paying attention to your mind, body, spirit, and lived experience.

The way we work is shaped by your individuality and the issues you want to explore. Each session is different depending on what’s going on for you. We can work and play with your dreams and imaginings, body symptoms and sensations, relationship challenges and with how you experience and engage with the wider world. At different times we might be talking, moving, role-playing, drawing, being silent. And if you don’t want to do those things we don’t. I follow your lead and what you are comfortable with.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Perhaps there’s a particular issue or problem you want to address. Maybe there are aspects of your identity or experience you want to explore. Your ongoing personal growth can be a reason to seek therapy. I support you to explore what hinders and inhibits you and to access inner resources and creativity to deal with challenges and live your whole self more fully. I work with many experiences including:

Therapy can be short or long term. I work with adults, in English, and sessions can be online or by phone.

Individual sessions last 50 minutes and cost £40. Sometimes I have reduced fee spaces available: please ask for more information.
